Dog Social Events trading as Dog Social (“Dog Social”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates ticketed, off-leash dog-focused social events hosted at third-party venues.

Failure to provide required documentation, or provision of documentation that is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or does not meet stated requirements, may result in refusal of entry.
Where refusal of entry occurs due to non-compliance with pre-established and clearly communicated requirements, no refund will be offered. These requirements are disclosed prior to ticket purchase and form a condition of entry.
Dog Social reserves the right to refuse participation or access where necessary to protect the safety of dogs, attendees, staff, venue partners and the integrity of the event.

Photography, videography and use of images
Dog Social events may be photographed or filmed for operational, promotional, marketing and commercial purposes.
By attending a Dog Social event, you acknowledge and consent to the capture and use of photographic and video images that may include you and/or your dog. This includes use across, but is not limited to:
• Dog Social websites
• Social media platforms
• Marketing and advertising materials
• Promotional campaigns
• Digital and print media
Images may be used by Dog Social across multiple Dog Social–controlled platforms and accounts. By attending, you waive any right to inspect, approve or claim compensation for the use of such images, except where required by law.
Due to the dynamic nature of live events, Dog Social cannot guarantee that you or your dog will be captured in event photography or videography. Where possible, reasonable efforts are made to capture a broad range of event moments.
If you wish to request removal of a specific image featuring you or your dog, please contact events@dogsocial.co. All requests will be reviewed by Dog Social management and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
